These are the terms you buy under when you order from Auto Elite North West through this website. Please read them before you order. Our address is Unit 13a, Devonshire Road Industrial Estate, Millom, Cumbria, LA18 4JS, our number is 07786 895789 and our email is hello@autoelite.co.uk.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

When you place an order you are offering to buy from us. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order - because something is out of stock, or we cannot deliver to your address - we will tell you and refund you in full.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged on top and is shown at checkout before you pay. We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate; if we spot an obvious error we will contact you before processing the order and you can confirm or cancel it.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimates are not guarantees, but if something is badly delayed please get in touch and we will chase it.

Your order becomes your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you gave us. Full details are on our delivery and returns page.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. See the delivery and returns page for how to do it and what happens to your refund.

Our products are car cleaning chemicals. Use them as the label says, keep them out of reach of children and animals, and store them somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight.

Cars vary. Before you use a product on a surface for the first time, test it somewhere out of sight and make sure you are happy with the result. Do not use wheel cleaner on hot wheels, and rinse products off thoroughly rather than letting them dry on a surface.

We cannot be responsible for damage caused by using a product against the label instructions, on a surface it is not intended for, or on a vehicle with existing damage or aftermarket finishes we have not been told about.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you have 30 days to reject them for a full refund, and we will cover the cost of returning them. After that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund if that does not put it right.

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses - these products are sold for personal use.

We do not limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights as a consumer.

The text, photographs, logos and product names on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission. We may change or take down parts of the site at any time.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings there.
